The head of the office, Dr. Zsófia Szerda, worked with two international law firms for a period lasting over 15 years. During this time, she lead many local and cross-border transactions from the very first stage of elaborating the steps, options, and development through all further stages of a project’s lifetime. This experience has enabled her to craft solutions that focus on the best interests of her clients. Earlier, Dr. Zsófia Szerda worked for two of the big international tax and accounting firms for nearly three years.
 
Dr. Zsófia Szerda is a member of the Budapest Bar since 2001. She obtained her first law diploma from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad. She received her second law diploma from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary. She also obtained an LL.M degree (in English) from the Business Law Department at Central European University in Budapest. She speaks fluent Hungarian, English and the languages of the countries of the former Yugoslavia (i.e. Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro).
